RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns
We have a 10-day return policy on our garments, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item (delivery date) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the item/s must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and its original tags must be attached. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase, this can be your order number, or the invoice received when your order was placed.  
 
Custom garments, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.
 
Peloponnese The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense. We pride ourselves on the quality control measures we take, as each garment is inspected before sale.
 
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@peloponnesethelabel.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  
Return shipping
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend you opt for a traceable delivery method and keep your tracking details, as Peloponnese The Label is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. 
   
Refund timeframe
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address and up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account depending on the payment method.
 
Exchanges
Peloponnese The Label does not offer exchanges due to small scale stock levels. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return and return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  
Faulty/incorrect item
Firstly, we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at hello@peloponnesethelabel.com.au within 10 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
