PICK-UP
Pick up is available for South Australian Residents only. Once the garment/s is made (which may take up to 14 days) we will notify you via email when your order is ready to collect from Fashion Est., North Adelaide Village. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
SHIPPING
Once the garment/s is made (which may take up to 14 days) they are packaged within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and express posted to your nominated address. We use Australia Post for all shipping services.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified via email of your tracking details.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, severe weather and due to COVID-19. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Peloponnese The Label cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Peloponnese The Label is NOT responsible for any fees incurred for receiving orders internationally, such as customs charges and taxes (including VAT) and any order delays associated with customs.
